Wow it's a shame that I missed that, thank you for telling me about it I will have to make sure that I make the next one. 

I am mostly interested in rental properties, although I wouldn't mind working on flips a little bit as well.

Thanks for the suggestion. Right now I am reading Brandon turners other 2 books "investing with little money down" and "the guide to real estate investing" but I will add that to my list of books for when I am done those two. Any other books people around here recommend? I'm thinking about "the 4 hour work week" as well.

Hi all, I am just starting to look into the real estate investing game. I currently have a condo in Montana that my wife owns as well as a 3 bedroom home in Hope Mills NC that we live in which I intend to use as a rental property one day when we move out. I look forward to learning from all of you. If any of you are in the fort Bragg, Fayetteville area and have tips please feel free to pass them on.
