New Investor in San Diego CA

Hello Beautiful people,

I am a new investor in San Diego area. I recently got my RE license, which I planned on becoming a FT agent, but as I learned more about real estate investing I would like to do both. I am interested in investing out side of San Diego as well. I was thinking TX. I am very excited to get started on this wonderful Journey. I am currently in the process of getting my LLC set up in NV.

I am excited to learn from all the investors on BP.
