Just introducing myself. I'm a Boston born, Houstonian. I was a Realtor in Mass 4 years, now a Realtor in TX, approaching year 4. I love living here & eventually want to get into a couple flip properties. I'm watching it done around me & they turn out beautifully. At this point, some flips I've seen in Katy are selling the day they hit the market. Has anyone flipped a home & put their own sweat equity into it? I'm a Realtor who would love to put on a hard hat & get to work in the grit of the property transformation. I have done some DIY projects around my own home. The Realtors I see who are willing to mentor are charging $10,000 for their "teaching". I look forward to learning from yall here! :)
