Hey Everyone! My name is Kyle Woltersdorf. I'm currently working on placing bids for my first deal in Chicago with all the knowledge I've gained via the bigger pockets community over the past few months. I went to Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh for school - my undergrad education is in Architecture so I have all the tools at my disposal to design value-add spaces and as a bonus I'm pretty good at coloring in between the lines. I also have a masters from CMU in Architecture-Engineering-Construction Management so I've got a hold on scheduling, paying subcontractors, and knowing when they're lying to me :) I currently work out of Chicago (and plan on being here for the long haul) as an engineer/project manager for a large national commercial general contractor and I love what I do but want to expand to do my own thing on the residential side in the short term, with long term aspirations of doing commercial development of my own. I'm cash poor but thirsty for my first deal and very creative (whether that be design or project management/contractor deal negotiations) and working on becoming much more savvy with creative financing. I would love to speak with anyone who is interested. Feel free to reach out! Glad to be a part of this awesome community I was fortunate to find. Cheers, Kyle
