New here going from flipping in SA Texas to rentals in Muncie IN

Just wanted to introduce myself... I am living in Muncie Indiana my wife and 2 kids moved to Muncie a little over a year ago from San Antonio Tx. I was flipping homes in the San Antonio market I had started out working with a home flipper GC'ing flips I got about 15 gut rehabs under my belt before I attempted my first on myself. I did two very successful flips but then we moved for my wife job and to be closer to family. Now I am starting from scratch and from the looks of what Muncie has to offer it is much different than what I was used to in SA. My current plan is buy and hold rentals, I am new to the landlord game I have turned to bigger pockets for answers. I am looking forward to participating and as well find  good people to help me with my next adventure.

Welcome to BP. You might want to look at the Northwest, Indiana area. We're about 40 minutes from Chicago and about 3 hours north of Muncie. We find properties for investors based on their criteria. We'll also rehab them and manage them for you, if you need those services. Prices start at $50k and go up from there. Rents are running about $900-$1200. Best of luck to you.
