A Teacher Looking for a Strong Start
Dear fellow RE investors,
I'm a starter and have not done any deals. What I can bring to the table is my 15+ years of experience and network with good and affordable contractors and I can also manage them while in my full-time teaching job. My long term goal is to be a full time RE investor, mainly BRRR, buy, rehab, rent and repeat. Love to partner up with someone who can be a good compliment for me. Oops, forgot to say that I'm in Northern Virginia area, but willing to work within one hour from DC metro area.
