Orange County/Phoenix -Ready to Engage

Hello BP Community,

My name is Nathan Bowles and I'm excited to start digging into real estate investing with the BP family.

I recently moved to Southern California from Phoenix,AZ to start a new job. I currently work in the financial industry selling mostly non-traded REITs.

Initially I stumbled upon BP months ago and casually would listen to the podcast or read blogs. The more research I've done , the more I'd like to learn how I can lock in my first real estate deal. Primarily I'd like to learn the SoCal market as well as Phoenix (I go back often) . My main interest are in wholesale investing and rental properties. Eventually I'd like to learn how to build my own RE portfolio and build it to the point, passive income replaces my need for a job.

I look forward to learning from all of you and hope I can help others down the road!

Thanks,

Nate
