Hey! Names Bo, from Sequim wa. Just getting into real estate. Looking to make some connections through bp. Haven't purchased any rental properties yet. Interested in small multi family. Technically I've done one deal but that was building our dream home a year ago(before opening my mind to rental property investing). I Would have waited on that if I knew what I do now, but hey its the american dream right(or so i thought). Any way curious if there are any good CPA's on the olympic Peninsula. I am looking in to doing some private lending and want to get the right tax advice before I move forward.
