New member intro from the the SF tech world

Hi All!  I wanted to introduce myself, as I am new to the forum.  

I have been in the construction and real estate industry for the past 15+ years. Currently I work at a technology startup in San Francisco focussed on the new construction and remodeling industry. I also own rental properties in Massachusetts, and have rehabbed and sold properties as well. Previously I ran a construction business as a licensed general contractor and home builder. 

Love the site, and podcast, I learn something each time I stop by. I am looking forward to some informative conversations with all of you.
