Trying to find deals in Houston Tx

I'm new to this site and looking for deals in the Houston area. Preferably in the Pasadena area. I purchased from a wholesaler and flipped a house in Pasadena 10 years ago when I was 25 years old. I was able to rehab and sell it in about a month making about $25k. I did this while I was just starting a family and not in the best financial position. I currently own 1 rental property in the Pasadena area (my first home) and have been a landlord for 5 years. We have since moved to Richmond. I run a civil construction company so I know people and have the capability and knowledge to rehab any median priced house.

i would like to flip a few and hold the ones that make sense. I'm ready to do it but I need some help finding the deals. Any help would be appreciated.
