Brand new to the game! 

 A little about me 

I am most interested in rental properties.  My ultimate goal would be to quit my regular job/cut down to 3 days a week and support myself through rental cash flow. I do realize this will not come easy or soon.  Short term goal would be to own 2 properties in 12 months.  

Financial situation

I currently earn 65-70k a year.  I have 100k to dedicate to real estate.  This will include down payments and emergency repair funds and vacancy emergencies.  This does not include my personal emergency funds etc. I plan to dedicate the full 100k to rental properties.

I am leaning towards acquiring du/tri/quadplexs. I plan on working with realtors and property managements for any properties I acquire for now since my job is pretty demanding.  I have been educating myself with all the wonderful information on Biggerpockets! I am starting to search for properties but filters on the major sites seem to not search for multiplex properties well.

I'm excited to start down this new path!
