Newbie to Real Estate Investor in New Jersey

Hello all. My name is Latasha and I'm from New Jersey (South Jersey). I'm in the military full time and a full time mother to a 3 year old. I've been interested in becoming a Real Estate Investor for awhile, since my sister had me hooked watching HGTV shows on flipping homes. One show I fell in love is Flip or Flop. I want to start doing wholesale first to have an experience in it. Then, once I get my license in real estate I want to start flipping and selling. I hope I be able to learn a lot from here and meet a lot of wonderful people.
