Hello, I live in NC. I am married and we have a son that is married and hoping for a child. We are both self employed. I am an accountant. I invest in Tax Liens. If I get to foreclose on a property, I sell it with a Lease Purchase Agreement. That way I feel like I am helping someone get into a home they not have other wise been able to get.
