Good morning bigger pockets community!

My name is Leo, I relocated to Georgia last June to help some friends automate processes in their start up company.   Funny enough, even thought I grew up with my dad investing in Real Estate I have never fully committed to pursuing it till now. 

I have owned a couple primary homes and a rental.  But I have used the last six months to study real estate everyday.  Listening to multiple podcasts daily and reading books and articles too. 

I have made it my goal to jump back in to the Real Estate world in 2017 so here I am.   I look forward to meeting many of you as time goes by.  For now I have been dissecting information on mobile home parks and multifamily properties.

If anyone is part of a local RAE meeting locally (Dalton, GA area) please let me know as I would like to plug myself in to the local market.
