Hello from Monroe, LA

Hello everyone - My name is Brian Robbins and I’m fairly new to the site. I am moving to the Monroe, LA area- actually I’m moving back as I lived here as a kid. My wife and I have moved around the country a bit for work but will be settling in the area to be closer to family. We plan to purchase some buy and hold properties and may do a house hack in the short term because we haven’t found the right house for ourselves, yet.

A couple questions:
Can anyone recommend CPAs in the area that are knowledgeable in REI?
Are there any REIAs in the area?

I have been listening to the Bigger Pocket podcasts and reading the books. I look forward to diving in and getting to know people in the community.
