Newbie: need advice on how to start investing
hello I am Gigi I am new to real estate, ready to jump in the game but I cannot find the right deal that I am looking for. I want to start by buying property that are listed as seller Finance because I don't want to used any of my money. However all of the seller finance that I found in San Antonio area required for me to put at least 20% down. How would u guys get around the 20%? How did u guys started ur first investment? Any suggestion is welcome
