Hello from a newbie in Tampa Bay

Hi! My name's Cam and I recently arrived in Tampa Bay to start my REI adventure.

I'm currently getting a handle on the local market, but aim to start with some house-hacking within six months, before moving into a long term strategy of SFH buy-and-hold.

I'm excited to get involved in both the BP and Tampa Bay communities, and hope to see you all around!
