Hi, I'm really looking forward to learning from folks with much more experience than myself about investing, and what defines a good deal for my goals. My husband and I are poised to make some long term investments to help ensure a comfortable retirement in 20 years. We have some shorter term goals as well, like putting three kids through college! I am a successful software sales professional, and make good money, but don't enjoy it. I have always been very interested in real estate, so I'm pursuing my license and investigating what career options are out there, beside the obvious - Broker/Agent. Sales and Marketing for a developer? Urban rejuvenation? The doors are wide open.
