Newbie in Aurora, IL

Hello, I am a new investor living in Aurora, IL. I believe I had actually done a prior introduction several years ago, but I was never in a "good place" to start actually investing. Since then I have been reading and learning a lot!

I am 27 years old with a wife and 2 kids and finishing up school. I plan on renting out our current home in Aurora, IL whenever we decide to upgrade houses in the next year or so.

I want to get into buy and hold investment properties, primarily SFH to start off at least.
