Hi everyone!

My name is Dalton, I just recently began to dive into this world of real estate investments. I came across BP about a week ago and have been constantly reading & listening to the awesome stuff provided on this website. I decided to postpone graduating from college until I myself could afford it without going down the route of student loans and I believe real estate is the vehicle to achieve those finances. Currently I work in the home warranty industry. My goal for 2017 is to purchase my first rental property in Denver. Looking forward to connecting with everyone!
