Homeowner and Investor opportunities NYC

Hello, I'm new member in BP interested in learning and business opportunity. I own a multi family house in the Bronx. Also used as rental income. I'm looking to re-invest in other multi family houses to rent out. Investment partners would be great and advises as well. Any advice where do I start? as of now all I'm doing is saving money and checking the market for a good deal. Thanks in advance
