Hey everybody! My name is Ryan and I will be graduating in May and looking to start investing in real estate. I've got a great job lined up starting this summer and am looking to invest in the Denver metro area, preferably south Denver in Lakewood or Littleton. I am working with a lender right now to get pre approved and would be looking to buy staring sometime in the Fall. If there are any realtors in the area, I would love to connect!
