Starting a Real Estate Empire
So, I'm new at biggerpockets. I recently had a burning desire to own multiple rental units and I ran across biggerpockets during info searches. The tips and knowledge shared seems to be extremely helpful for someone relatively young and looking to make big strides over the next few decades.
I currently own a townhome which I have house hacked and I have one permanent renter and one temporary renter (stays half weeks and pays a percentage). I want to move out and purchase a new townhome or multiplex really bad but I don't quite have the capital I need. I'm sure tons of investors start this way but I am curious if anyone has ideas on how to move quickly with less cash. Seems like a stupid question, but someone may have a good tip.
Let's hear it!
Thanks,
Bryan
