Hello from an opera singer

Hi everyone, I am a professional opera singer having a pretty good career and I am just getting into real estate investment. I live in Houston but I travel constantly and I rent my house on AirBnB with a lot of success. I haven't really tried to make a business out of it but I still make more than my mortgage and utilities.  My wife and I made a good investment on our current home which is worth about 80% more than it was when we bought it five years ago. We're planning on using the equity we've built to purchase a vacation rental investment property in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Then after that I'm interested in going further.

I've searched around the forum but haven't found much of an answer to this question: Do any of you use the BRRRR strategy with short term rentals? It seems like they would go nicely together but I can't seem to find a thread about it. Thanks y'all.
