Hello my name is Angel Rocha. I live in Camarillo California in Ventura County. I'm new to BiggerPockets. I just recently started listening to the podcasts and reading books about real estate. I'm planning on buying my first property which will be a duplex. I'm still in the learning phases and trying to gain more knowledge.
