Hello everyone!  I've been a mortgage broker for 15 years and I'm getting into the real estate investing game.  My husband and I have a condo as well as duplex, we just acquired, and are trying to add at least one property per year focusing on multi-family in the St. Louis area.  I'm looking forward to networking with everyone!
