Looking for agent to start my real estate investing

I am looking to get started in real estate and I am looking for an agent to work with. I am new to this but have been reading and educating myself. I am looking into house flipping in the sacramento area. I am not really sure what particular area since I do not know the market for house flipping is like in Sacramento. Any help or referral would be appreciated.
