Hi All. 

New guy here from Spokane, WA and all over the eastern part of the state. I spent a lot of time watching webinars and learning about REI with this site about a year ago, but I pulled away a bit to become a General Contractor and grow my business a little bit. Now that I'm on this path, I decided I was ready to jump back on to BiggerPockets and begin learning more about the aspects of REI.

Also, my wife and I have been working on OVERHAULING our house in Wilbur, WA for a few years and will be using it as our first bit of investment property. Whether we sell or rent-to-own, BP is sure to provide tons of answers to our questions.
