HI I'm  Matt,

I'm new to the forum but have been listening to the podcast for a while now. I have a stack of reading material and am eager to get started investing. I am currently in what i like to call the pre-investing information gathering stage. I am in the H.V.A.C. business and have assisted other investors in mechanical repair and replacement estimation as well as actual equipment upgrades. My training in the building trades combined with my project management experience has proved to be a valuable asset. I will be focused on buy and hold properties and will grow my inventory slowly as I will be a cash investor. I look foreword to learning, sharing ideas and maybe passing on a few tips of my own.
