Good day BP it's a pleasure to be a part of your community I wanted to know if I can get a second opinion about a deal I was analyzing it seems to be a sustainable amount growth in the after repair value in this particular property  but it's such a high investment which makes me think there's a reason it's still on the market which pushes me away a little since I'm relatively new it's a 5BR 4Bath  very hot area great School District it needs a full rehab asking price is 653,000 is the cheapest house in that area considering there's work that needs to be done to it now there's a house up the street that's almost identicalat but is a 4BR 3Bath going for 1,267,000 just recently would I more then likely  be spending  over a 100,000 on a full rehab  in  a A class  neighborhood
