Hello everyone,

I have just joined the Bigger Pockets forum after listening to Brandons audiobook "The book on rental property investing" and the Bigger Pockets podcast.

I currently own a rental vacation property in Orlando and also one in the Canary Islands outside of Spain.

Looking forward to reading a lot of good posts and discussions.

Also have one question I hope you can help me with. Im looking for a software for easily calculating my net income and taxes. Somewhere I can plot in every tennant, rates, expenses each month etc. Right now Im just doing it myself in Excel, but this is time consuming of course. Which ones would you recommend?

Have a lovely day from snowy Norway! :)

Best regards,

Haavard.
