Hi Everyone,

I am new(er) to Bigger Pockets and a new Realtor. I am very excited to get to know more of you and learn new things. I am located in "The Water Park Capital" of Wisconsin, so most of the inventory around me are vacation homes and rentals. I am looking to get established with some investors that may be interested in some income producing rental properties. I'm also quite interested in purchasing my own investment properties once I close a few deals for my clients.

I am also wanting to get into selling farms particularly horse farms/hobby farms. I grew up on a horse breeding and training farm and have extensive knowledge of what goes into this type of property.

Again, I can't wait to connect and learn!
