Hello all,

My name is Irwin and I'm a part time Real Estate Investor. I'm married to a beautiful wonderful woman who is also my partner in real estate investing. We've been investing in real estate since 2004. It was going very slow and we weren't getting to where we wanted to be so we went to Rich Dad Coaching and Advanced training in 2008 and got educated. We attended foreclosure, lease option and creative finance classes. Since then we acquired two properties with about 30% COC.

We love boating and riding our Seadoo's at Lake Powell and Lake Mead. We also love to travel to tropical destinations including Maui.
