Hi there BP community, my name is Travis Zsiga. I am a CPA who has always had an interest in Real Estate and I'm finally taking the steps to begin investing. I've been a BP member for a while now(haven’t actually posted until today) and have just finished reading The Book on Rental Property Investing and The Book on Managing Rental Properties by Brandon Turner. After reading those books and BP blog posts I really want to start my first deal this year. I would like to start house hacking in Philadelphia/ South Jersey Area by investing in a Triplex/Fourplex, living in one unit and renting out the others for my buy and hold strategy.
