Hello my name is Randall and I currently own 5 SFH and will be closing on my first duplex. I feel in love with the real estate game back in 2010. It all started out with me just helped my parents out when they got sick and couldn't afford to live in Florida no longer. I bought them a single wide trailer for 2800 dollars. After my father passed away and my mother couldn't live in the house any longer due to the morning process, I started renting it out for 400 dollars a month..... and that was all she wrote. I can talk about real estate and what is has done for me and my family since I started investing. I'm currently in the military serving 20 years for a retirement. Once that date comes I will be in the real estate game full time. I'm always looking for new ways to purchase my next investment. Thanks and I'm ready to soak up the wealth of knowledge from each and every bigger pocket member!
