Hi everyone,

I am a law student at Columbia University. I am more interested in real estate than law, although I am a "newbie" when it comes to both. I just ordered some books and found this forum. I would love to join some sort of club in New York City, although after reading some posts I'm skeptical of scams. Sorry, in advance, for all of my stupid questions.
