Hello Bigger Pockets friends! My name is Lance and my wife's name is Jenny. We currently live in Beautiful Boulder CO, where we own a 3BR condo. We are hoping to learn more on how to utilize the equity in our condo to grow in wealth by investing in more properties. Our ultimate goal is to have enough passive income to retire much sooner than the typical age, and enjoy life and family as much as we can.
