Hey Everyone... I am new to the Real Estate Investment world and diligently learning every single night how to understand then win this game. I have always had a passion for investing and real estate makes sense to me because it's tangible, but haven't been hands on besides my one "investment" of buying a home. :) Now that I have some capital to alleviate life stresses, I am planning to make the leap from corporate America to grinding for me. Any advice on how to cut the cord of a very good job or a seasoned mentor would be awesome. Thanks everyone and glad I finally made a post! Lenny Trusnik
