New to BiggerPockets and new ready investor

Hi everyone! My name is Marvin Segars and I currently live in Snellville, Ga., and I am new to BiggerPockets membership but learning from BiggerPockets for a while. I'm in the need of networking because an unexpected opportunity as occurred and now I'm ready to take action and flip my first property. I guess the saying "When opportunity meets preparation equals luck" is true. I currently looking for a real estate agent and general contractor for the Snellville and surrounding area to find a fix and flip property. Thank you ahead of any recommendations!
