Puget Sound connections wanted!

Hello everyone!

I want to introduce myself and hopefully find some people to connect with in my area. I don't personally know any other real estate investors, so I imagine it would be really nice to grab coffee or lunch with someone and have this awesome thing in common. I am in my late 20s and only recently got into real estate, with my first home purchase in December of 2015. I'm renting that property out and living in a second property that I purchased recently. I also have 50% equity in a third property that I have no idea what to do with. Outside of real estate investing I love the outdoors, travel, and art. That's a bit of my story :) I live in Olympia, Washington and can meet up within a 30 mile radius.
