Hello, 

I'm Daniel StCyr. I have been a real estate agent since 2004. I have made some investments in real estate, either through rental properties or flips. I own a couple properties in Baltimore, I'm now trying to restructure to investment aspect of the business to own more more long term rental properties in different area the DMV area. Although I hold another job, but my schedule is so flexible that I'm able to put a lot of time into my real estate activities.

I'm very new to BP and hope to learn a lot more, specially about financing my deals.
