Im from south florida. Interested in learning REI like most of people here. I have a very unique professional background . Im looking to connect with successful investors or business people in the industry to talk about RE and share know how, best practices and so on. I'm looking to learn, to gain knowledge, get my feet wet in this business, and ultimately be able to do a well planned and structured profitable deal. I'm not looking for financing, or investors to pitch a sale, nor I'm selling something.

Truly I want to learn an do Kind of a test drive of the market, with all the effort, dedication, resources, and thorough analysis i usually do in other projects in other industries.
