Hello from Atlanta!..

Hey everyone, 

I'm Ty, and I am currently a Real Estate Investor in Atlanta. 

I've done a few deals now, but currently took a job that requires me to be out of town a good bit, so I won't be able to do things like Drive for Dollars, Bandit Signs, Door Knocking, etc, nearly as much as I used to. 
So I am currently looking for a Broker who can send me possible deals to bid on. 
Wholesalers are welcome as well, but I must say, most of the wholesale deals I receive daily aren't really that great of deals, and there's a LOT of new investors overpaying for properties from what I can tell, so I guess they can get away with it. 

Also looking for a good Contracting Team.
