Hello, My name is Stanford Taylor Jr. I am a recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. Looking to get my feet wet in wholesale real estate while I continue education to become an Occupational Therapist. I am located in middle Tennessee area and was wondering if you had any tips for a beginner wholesaler like myself. Thank you in advance!
