Hi everyone.  I've been lurking on the site for a few weeks now and I've started thinking that it's about time I start getting involved in the community so here's my introduction.  I'm fairly new to real estate investing.  My only experience is helping my father find tenants for one of his properties.  I'm most interested in buying and holding multi-family properties in the Houston area.  Right now I have an opportunity to make my first deal with a single family property and I'm thinking this might be a good way to get my feet wet before I venture into multi-families.

Welcome to BP @Cesar M.

I'm also interested in multi-family. I think that any opportunities you get to learn anything about REI and help you take action is going to be beneficial in your long-term goals. So best of luck with that single family and hope it will springboard you into bigger and better things.
