My name is Dewan and I live in Hurst, TX which is roughly 25 miles west of Dallas. Caught the real estate bug while in college but been on the sideline far too long. Over the previous 18 months I have been filing my brain with tons of education. I practically have listen to every shows that has been hosted by BiggerPockets. I have read plenty of books on real estate, business, leadership, etc. And I am well informed of my area “warzones, class C, B, A locations”.

I joined BiggerPockets and became a pro member to gain and leverage the information on the site and knowledge of other members here on BP, as well as provide any value I may have to offer to others seeking information.
