Hi everyone, I am a newbie from Long Beach, Ca. My wife and I moved from San Antonio, Tx to Long Beach about 2 1/2 years ago. Since moving here I've had two jobs that did not pan out. We started looking into flipping homes, so we took in the Than Merrill seminar. There was a lot of great information we received from the seminar but we have not started due to lack of funds. We are looking for some guidance in our new venture.
