Hello. Newbie here living in Atlanta for 10 years but I'm originally from Dayton, OH. I have zero experience. I would like to get my feet wet in real estate investing but I really don't know where to start. I came across Bigger Pockets doing a google search for information when I purchased my first home last year. I'm a SAHM for now, but to keep my husbanf from getting too jealous we're looking to achieve financial freedom through real estate lol.

I'm not sure if I should detail my situation in an introduction post? For now I'll say that I received a windfall but I don't have the income on paper I need for a loan. I don't want to spend ALL of my money as well. My husband's credit is under transition at the moment, so he is not an option.  Any advice is appreciated.
