Hello! I'm Jonathan Kelly and am a relatively new member to the site. I've been listening to the podcasts for about 2 years and just listed my first flip yesterday! I am a project manager working at a university for an Air Force research project involving additive manufacturing during the day. I am also a licensed real estate agent. I originally obtained my license to help in my investing and usually just focus on family and friends but am open to other opportunities. I've lived in the youngstown area for over 30 years and love it here. If you're from the area, leave a comment I would love to connect with like minded people.
