My name is Diana Zlatkina and I am currently a commercial real estate appraiser in New York City. Though I've been a part of the BP site for about 2 years, I am finally ready to dive head first into investing and get more active in the community. I am looking to do my first deal this year (2-4 unit multifamily) in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania.
